Tribute

Jean Irene Vandaelle (nee Bergman) passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the Kimberley Special Care Home.

She will be so greatly missed by her husband of 66 years, Al; her children Darlene (Mac), Don (Dori), Barry (Carrie), five grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, her surviving siblings and her many friends.

Jean loved her family and she enjoyed participating in family gatherings. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Jean’s caring Kimberley Special Care Home family for the compassionate care she received.

A private family celebration will be held at the Marysville Cemetery. No flowers by request, however, memorial donations in Jean’s honor may be made to the ‘Kimberley Special Care Home Memorial Fund’ at the Kimberley Special Care Home, 386 – 2nd Ave., Kimberley, BC V1A 2Z8.
