Tribute

William Kostyniuk passed away at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the age of 89 years. Bill was born on June 8, 1922 to Wassail and Pratzka Kostyniuk in Fork Lake, Alberta. He was raised there with his four brothers and two sisters. Bill moved to British Columbia in 1959.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife Sylvia; his sons Dorvan (Barb) and Randy and his daughters; Wendy (Eldon), Flora (Glenn), Judy (Rick) and Marianne (Mario). He also leaves numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as one sister, Jean and one brother, Alec. Bill was predeceased by three sons; Brian, Terrance (Terry) and Dwayne as well as his parents, Wassail and Pratzka; one sister Annie and three brothers; Mike, Joe and Pete.

At Bill”s request, there will be no service.
