Tribute
A Loving Heart, A Creative Soul
Tracey Lynn Anderson, a devoted member of her community, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the age of 51. Her love for life, family and art will be deeply missed.
Tracey loved to travel and explore new places within Canada whenever the opportunity arose. Her adventures were always filled with joy, laughter and a sense of wonder.
A creative and artistic person, Tracey found solace in drawing, painting, and sketching. She was particularly fond of drawing roses, which reflected her love for beauty and attention to detail. Her artwork was a testament to her creative spirit and her ability to find inspiration in everyday life.
With a keen eye for beauty and a passion for improvement, Tracey loved to decorate her home and make it a warm and welcoming space for her loved ones. She took great joy in finding new ways to enhance her home and her life, and she was always eager to share her ideas and inspiration with others.
Tracey’s love for her family was evident in everything she did. She loved to cook for them, trying out new recipes and experimenting with new flavors. Her home was always filled with the delicious aromas of her cooking, and her family cherished the memories they made around her dinner table. She loved to invite her family over for gatherings, holidays, and special occasions, always making sure everyone felt loved
and included.
As a caring, thoughtful, and loving member of her community, Tracey was devoted to making everyone live their best life. She had a gift for finding the beauty in everyone and everything, and her presence made the world a brighter, more loving place.
Though she may be gone, Tracey’s memory will live on through her parents, Daphne and Gordon Anderson; her brother, Glen Anderson; her children, Dillion, Dakota, and Brianna Anderson, and her son-in-law, Arjun; her grandchildren, Naoka, Zaylen, and soon-to-be granddaughter; as well as her extended family and friends. Her love, laughter and legacy will continue to inspire them and all who knew her.
Rest in peace, dear Tracey. Your love, light, and beauty will never be forgotten.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Mark Memorial Community Funeral Home in Cranbrook. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery.

Tracey words cannot express the sadness of hearing about your passing. You were my childhood friend growing up in Cape Ray. We both moved to Yellowknife the same time. We have so many memories together. Many years have now passed but thanks to Facebook we stayed in touch. I hope you’re pain free and now with the angels. You were a beautiful person inside and out.
To your kids and family I send condolences to you all.

Tracey has always been the brightest star and such a ray of positive sunshine and attitude. Even though she had so much she was going through, she always had a smile for you and when she smiled she lite up the room. She loved her family and talked very highly of them all. This world will be different without her in it and the loved she shared however her spirit and memories will live on within her family. She was a gift and a dedicated mother and grandmother, you could clearly tell she loved her family as any time I saw Tracey she was with one or more of her treasured family members. Rest in sweet peace, paint the stars brighter and we will always know that you hold our hearts with you forever. Tracey I’m thankful that you are going to make the garden upstairs beautiful and that you greatly touched my life with your presence.
