Steven Edward Beamish

Tribute

Steven Edward Beamish, passed away on December 23, 2023 in the Cranbrook hospital with family and his pastor by his side.

Steven was born in Burnaby, B.C. on November  2, 1964 to Dean and Alma Beamish.  At an early age his family moved to Cranbrook.  Steve had good friends growing up and they were always out and about. Steven met Susan while they were children and began dating after finishing school.  They married on August 25,  1990.

Steven was a projectionist at the Rex Drive Inn theatre in Cranbrook for many years and enjoyed playing backgammon and being out in nature.  He was a good cook and had a talent for putting together many fine dinners.  He had many friends.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife, Susan, his mother, Alma of Cranbrook and his brother Ron.  Steven was predeceased by his father, Dean Beamish in 2009.

A private family graveside service was held.
