CARTY
On the morning of Saturday, December 3, 2011, NORMAN THOMAS CARTY passed away in Cranbrook at the age of 74 years. Tom was born on April 11, 1937 in Elgin, New Brunswick, the eldest of 14 children born to Norman and Margaret Carty.
Tom loved the outdoors and especially hunting, fishing and camping. He spent many hours fly tying in order to pursue his love of fly fishing.
Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Diane and four stepchildren; Allan, Tina, Kim and Viki as well as seven step grandchildren. He also leaves behind seven sisters and six brothers. Tom was predeceased by his first wife, Barbara in 1989 and one step grandson, Adam in 2011. Tom leaves many friends to cherish his memory.
At Tom”s request, there will be no funeral service. Condolences may be left for the family at www.markmemorial.com
