It is with a heavy heart that the family of Nan Hegeman announce her passing on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Nan was born in California and met her loving husband of 60 years, John Hegeman in San Francisco, California. They eventually retired in West Vancouver after spending about 9 years in Cranbrook, BC.
Nan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, John in 2007. She leaves behind her son Jan (Candace) of Seattle, Washington; her daughter Connie (Randy) of Kimberley, BC and her grandchildren Bill Schnack & Debbie Stishenko. Nan also leaves her great grandchildren Ryan Hegeman, Riley & Colton Stishenko.
At Nan`s request there will be no funeral service at this time. A commemoration of Nan`s life will be held in the spring and will be announced at a later date. Condolences can be left for the family at www.markmemerial.com
