It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Malcolm Alexander Donald on March 24, 2024 at the age of 87.

Malcolm was born in Wadena, Saskatchewan on July 21, 1936. He went to a small country school called Brand school. Later he met and married Adele Skehar in 1960, and moved to Cranbrook, BC. Malcolm worked and retired after 32 years for CP Rail.  He loved the outdoors camping, hunting, cutting firewood, fishing and golf. He also loved his trips to many casino’s.

He is survived by his daughter Debbie (Gord) Campbell, son Daryl (Jo-Ann), granddaughters Chelsea (Trevor), Karli (Oliver), Courtney (Brad), Erica, two great grandchildren Adeline and Ivy, brothers Gordon (Jeannette), Gary (Elaine) and many nieces and nephews.

Malcolm was predeceased by his wife Adele, parents Sam and Caroline, brothers Ernie and Marvin and sister Marge.

We would like to thank the staff at the Green Home for all the care given to Malcolm.

There will be no service as per his request. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The Alzheimer Society of BC.
