I new Edna and Nip since they moved to Kimberley, they were friends of my parents. She was always friendly and smiling, last saw her at Julyfest with her daughter Norma. Both Barb and my thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

From: Donna (Archer) Assman
Relation: We were neighbors in Melville

Hi Norma, Linda and families …
Was sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. I read about it from the Melville Advance. I remember your family so well. Had so much fun in just the few years we had as young friends. I especially loved playing in the ‘cubby holes’ upstairs at your house and I enjoyed all the trips to the farm. It’s been awhile, Norma, since we visited in Abbotsford a number of years ago. I’m still here … retired now. I pray God will grant you peace and comfort at this time of grieving.

Love, Donna

Norma and Linda and Families, I am thinking of you as you hold the Memorial for your Mom. You have been such faithful and loving daughters. I know you miss her. My Mother sends her condolences also. She had a lot of respect for your Mother over the years, and especially for her help to Mom when my Father passed. Take care.
