My family only new Callie in the last week of her life. Right up to the end Callie was giving, happy and loving. My mother in law Gian (Jan) was always a quiet solitude woman, but with Callie, Bill and their friends John and Ed (who would light up the room with music and song ) brought Gian out of her shell Callie shared with us some songs she had written and it was beautiful sight. She fought through her illness with hope and courage. I will always be grateful for the short but wonderful time we as a family had to share with Callie and her family.
