Tribute

On the afternoon of Sunday, October 2, 2016, Andrew Benedik passed away peacefully at the age of 98 in the East Kootenay Regional Hospital.  He was born on February 23, 1918 in Melville, Saskatchewan.

Andrew is survived by his daughter-in-law Wendy Benedik, his two grandchildren Patti Pocha and Bob Falys (April), 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 brothers, Ernie (Manadora) and Rudy (Irene), and many nieces and nephews.  Andrew was predeceased by his wife Rose on October 28, 2010 and his only son Donald on September 10, 2016. He was also predeceased by his 3 sisters and 1 brother.

There will be no service at Andrew's request.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.markmemorial.com.
